Job summary

Logan Health is seeking a capable team member to assist in patient treatment and care within the rehabilitation setting. The role involves organized delivery of therapy services, managing supplies, and maintaining billing accuracy while upholding the organization’s mission and core values.

Ideal candidates will have prior hospital/clinical experience, strong computer skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with diverse audiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year experience in a hospital or clinical setting preferred.
• Previous experience in a rehabilitation setting or nursing service preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and ability to learn new software as needed.
• RQI Responder within seven days of hire or before independent patient care.
• Demonstrates integrity, kindness, and empathy.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills; able to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Assists in delivery of patient treatment and care in an organized, efficient manner.
• Performs duties in accordance with department policies, protocols, and scope of practice.
• Administers and/or assists therapy treatment to patients relative to age, culture and conditions.
• Maintains inventory of therapy supplies and ensures proper billing.
• Tracks charges for all billing units per department procedure.
• Responds calmly to changing workload; prioritizes and seeks assistance as needed.
• Performs administrative tasks to support day-to-day operations.
