Home Health is seeking an Inpatient Rehab Center Therapy Aide to support therapeutic treatments by assisting with procedures, maintaining inventory, and ensuring clean, safe treatment areas across care sites.

This role includes patient scheduling for onsite and offsite appointments, coordination of transport for Rehab patients between campuses, and basic clerical support, plus promoting infection control and safety.

Qualifikationen

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Must have a valid driving license and clean driving record.
• One year of experience working with patients is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Assist with treatment, maintain inventory of supplies, equipment and materials, maintain clean and safe treatment areas, promote infection control, provide clerical and other related support services as necessary at the care sites.
• Perform patient scheduling and coordination of patient appointments for onsite and offsite appointments on a daily basis.
• Assist with transportation of Rehab patients between the organizations campuses and other locations as needed.
