Qualifications

• CPR/BLS and First Aid certifications within 30 days; LMHP supervision/Resident credentials within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Assess biopsychosocial functioning and synthesize information for treatment planning.
• Provide individual, family, and group therapy and document progress.
• Serve as point of contact for families and educate on diagnosis and plan of care.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team and participate in rounds and discharge planning.
• Complete medical records documentation per policy.
