Job summary

Northpoint Recovery in Seattle (Imagine Seattle Adolescent outpatient) seeks an Adolescent Therapist/Counselor to provide individual, group, and family therapy to teens and coordinate treatment plans within a multidisciplinary team.

The ideal candidate holds a Master’s in a relevant field, active state licensure, and at least one year of experience. Strong boundaries and confidentiality are essential, with regular hours and a competitive hourly compensation.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in mental health, social services, or related field.
• Active licensure in the state where treatment is provided.
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in relevant field.
• Ability to work with diverse adolescent populations.
• Strong ethical standards and boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to adolescents.
• Coordinate clinical care from admission to discharge.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary treatment team.
• Develop written treatment and discharge plans with client and family involvement.
• Maintain timely documentation of assessments and progress.
• Maintain professional boundaries and confidentiality.
• Support quality assurance and compliance activities.
• Provide clinical updates to utilization review and managed care.
• Coordinate with community providers post-discharge.
