Job summary

Qualifications

• Certification in HeartSaver First Aid within 30 days of hire.
• High school diploma required; BS in Psychology, Social Work or Nursing preferred.
• Experience with substance use disorder is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with nursing staff to maintain a therapeutic environment.
• Provides a broad range of treatment and rehabilitation activities as part of the health team.
• Assists with daily living activities and basic medical tasks including vital signs.
• Transports and supervises patients to appointments and activities.
• Participates in recreation, physical fitness and age appropriate leisure activities.
• Responds professionally to calls and supports visitors and families.
