• Follows established plan of patient care.
• Assists with admission, transfer, discharge and transporting of patients.
• Implements patient safety measures including moving patients and applying restraints under RN direction.
• Collects and records vital signs as instructed by the nurse.
• Provides basic care such as bathing, hygiene, and comfort measures.
• Maintains unit cleanliness and stocks supplies.
