Baylor Scott & White Health Willow Park invites applications for an Inpatient Registered Nurse (PCU/Step-Down/Tele RN). The role covers assessing, planning, directing, and evaluating patient care in a high-acuity setting during day shifts (7AM–7PM).

We seek an RN with 2+ years in Telemetry/ICU, an active RN license, BLS/ACLS certification, and a BSN preferred. This full-time position includes competitive perks and opportunities to advance in a growing small-format hospital environment.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma required; BSN preferred.
• Current state licensure as an RN without sanctions.
• 2+ years RN experience in Telemetry/ICU or related healthcare positions.
• Current BLS and ACLS certifications; PALS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, prioritize, and provide proficient nursing care by applying advanced clinical knowledge.
• Follow physician's orders in the delivery of nursing care.
• Maintain patient privacy and confidentiality of information.
• Adhere to infection control and aseptic techniques.
• Perform admission, discharge and transfer procedures.
• Prepare equipment and assist with procedures in the specialty area.
• Ensure compliance with state nursing practice standards.
