Northwestern Medicine is seeking a Staff Nurse Inpatient to join our clinical team in Illinois. You will provide direct patient care to acutely ill patients, perform nursing assessments, planning, and implementation, and coordinate with physicians and staff to ensure quality outcomes.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required or equivalent
Current State of Illinois Registered Professional Nurse
American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) required
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to collaborate with others
Analytical abilities to assess and plan patient care
ADN acceptable with commitment to obtain BSN within three years

Responsibilities

Collects and analyzes data, identifies outcomes, plans and coordinates care.
Directs care and utilizes assistants as needed.
