Encompass Health is seeking a Speech Pathologist to evaluate and treat patients with speech and language needs, delivering personalized therapy in a supportive setting. The role emphasizes ongoing assessment, progress tracking, and patient-centered communication within a leading post-acute care network.

The position requires current licensure/CCC, CPR certification (or within 30 days), and a master's degree or equivalent experience.

Qualifications

• Current licensure or certification required by state regulations.
• Successful completion of SLP Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC).
• CPR certification required or must be obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Master‘s degree preferred, or Bachelor‘s degree with field experience.

Responsabilités

• Evaluating, assessing, developing, and administering personalized treatment plans for patients with speech and language rehabilitation needs.
• Identifying issues and modifying speech therapy treatment if necessary.
• Tracking and documenting patient performance, progress, and response to treatment.
• Celebrating patient victories along the way.
