Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited university program.

• Possess or be eligible for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology in Massachusetts.

Responsibilities

• Provides skilled speech-language and swallowing services for inpatients and outpatients.
• Evaluates communication and swallowing function using standard assessments and FEES/VFSS where appropriate.
• Develops and implements treatment plans with goals to maximize function.
• Collaborates with multidisciplinary team and documents progress per policy.
• Supervises trainees and supports professional development.
