Job summary

Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, treat and help prevent speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, fluency and related disorders.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour workweek onsite at 311 Service Road, with a Tuesday–Saturday schedule. A Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required, MA license is required, and CCC-SLP is preferred.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology required.
• Massachusetts license required.
• CCC-SLP preferred.
• BLS certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat and help prevent speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, fluency and related disorders.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations of disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans.
• Implement plans using diverse techniques and modalities.
• Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families on communication strategies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
