Job summary

Mass General Brigham's Spaulding Rehabilitation Cape Cod is hiring a Speech-Language Pathologist to assess, diagnose, treat, and help prevent speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, and related disorders.

This full-time role offers a 40-hour, Tuesday–Saturday schedule at our Cape Cod site, with opportunities to collaborate with a multidisciplinary team and support patient-centered care in an inpatient/outpatient setting.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology is required.
• Massachusetts licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist is required.
• CCC-SLP certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, treat and help prevent speech, language, cognitive-communication, voice, swallowing, fluency and related disorders.
• Conduct assessments and evaluations to identify disorders.
• Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Implement treatment plans using various techniques and modalities.
• Monitor and document patient progress and adjust plans as needed.
• Educate patients and families about disorders and strategies for communication.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize outcomes.
