StoneCrest Center Behavioral Health Hospital in Mt. Clemens, MI seeks a licensed social worker to join its inpatient team. You will conduct psychosocial assessments, develop treatment plans, and maintain a clinical caseload to support adult patients with mental health diagnoses.

Requirements include a Master’s in Social Work, state licensure (LLMSW/LMSW/LLPC/LPC) and 3+ years of relevant experience; supervisory experience is a plus. Competitive salary and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university required.
• Three or more years' related experience working with comparative patient population required.
• Supervisory experience preferred if position is responsible for supervising staff.

Responsabilités

• Conduct psychosocial assessment of patient and develop an effective treatment plan.
• Through patient observation and interviews, gather information for the plan.
• Provide crisis intervention and assist families in understanding implications of life events.
• Participate in multidisciplinary treatment team meetings for planning and discharge planning.
• Identify, assess and coordinate patient cases and anticipate needs related to illness and services.
• Facilitate education, process groups, support groups and referrals as requested.
• Develop and execute clinically relevant activities in coordination with activity professionals.
• Promote recovery and highest level of social functioning.
• Maintain patient charts and documentation in compliance with standards.
