Job summary

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited college or university required.
• Three or more years' related experience working with comparative patient population required.
• Supervisory experience preferred if position is responsible for supervising staff.

Responsibilities

• Provide evidence-based group therapy.
• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments.
• Create, implement, and revise individualized treatment plans in collaboration with the multidisciplinary team.
• Maintain a clinical caseload.
• Participate in treatment team meetings.
• Evaluate patient needs.
• Lead and supervise social work interns and staff as required.
