Wellstone Regional Hospital in Jeffersonville, Indiana, is seeking a Master's level Social Worker to join the inpatient treatment team. This role supports care for adolescents, adults and CD populations within a 100-bed acute facility.
The position emphasizes crisis intervention, family and group therapies, and thorough clinical assessment to coordinate treatment planning with the broader care team. A Master’s in social work is required; licensure (LCSW/LMHC/LMFT/LCAC) is preferred.
Wellstone Regional Hospital is a 100-bed acute care facility located in Jeffersonville, Indiana and has been providing quality health care to the residents of Southern Indiana and the Louisville area since 2003. Wellstone specializes in the treatment of Adolescents, Children, Adults, and the CD populations. In addition to our in-patient services, we offer out-patient programs as well.

QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Master's Degree from an accredited college or university in social work or a clinically related mental health field.
Experience: Program Social Worker is preferred to have two (2) years experience in a psychiatric health care facility, with direct experience in family and group therapies, crisis intervention, and treatment skills; must have strong clinical assessment skills. This time in the field can include practicum and internship studies or work at a mental health institution while an undergraduate.
License: Program Social Worker should be licensed as a LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LCAC in the state of Indiana. However, this is not a requirement, but preference. Experience in the field with appropriate education will be acceptable.
Additional Requirements: CPR certification and CPI training prior to assisting in a restraining procedure. The Social Worker must be willing to work flexible hours as necessary.
