Advocate Health is seeking an Occupational Therapist specializing in Spinal Cord Injury to join the inpatient rehabilitation team in Charlotte. You will work with an interdisciplinary group to help SCI patients regain independence and daily living skills, within a nationally recognized program.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree in OT, a state license, and BLS. Experience with neurologic populations, especially SCI, is preferred."

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in occupational therapy is required.
• State OT license required.
• BLS certification required per policy.

Responsabilités

• Provide direct therapy services 7 days a week as needed in acute/rehabilitation settings.
• Evaluate patients and develop individualized treatment plans to restore function.
• Document evaluations, progress notes, discharge plans, and clinical outcomes.
• Supervise OT Assistants, rehab technicians, volunteers and students.
