Geisinger is seeking a full-time Inpatient RN on BP3 with a focus on organ transplant patients. The role offers a base hiring rate with a $24,000 hiring incentive and increased rates for experienced nurses, plus up to 7 shift differentials for evening, night, and weekends.

Qualifications

• Current RN license in Pennsylvania.
• Demonstrated ability to coordinate and supervise nursing care on a unit.
• Commitment to high-quality, safe patient care and cost-effective practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise the delivery of nursing care on assigned unit.
• Assist with orientation and integration of new staff.
• Conduct performance appraisals and schedule 24-hour staffing as needed.
• Support Magnet philosophies and evidence-based practice.
• Mentor staff and ensure regulatory compliance.

Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing

Enrollment in Bachelor's Degree-Nursing
