Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required)
• Enrollment in Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Required)
• Bachelor's Degree-Nursing (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and supervise nursing care on assigned unit
• Support improvements for high quality, safe patient care
• Provide direct patient care and supervise staff
• Conduct performance appraisals, scheduling, and staffing for 24 hours
• Assist with policy communication and unit operations
