Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing (Required).
• Direct patient care, assessments, and planning per unit standards.
• Coordinate care with interdisciplinary team and family.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care including treatments and medications.
• Complete assessments as per scope of practice and unit standards.
• Address physical, psychosocial, cultural, and spiritual needs of patient/family.
• Coordinate and implement care plans with patient education and discharge planning.
• Collaborate with physicians and other team members to meet patient needs.
