The incumbent will lead a multidisciplinary team, maintain compliance with NJ licensing, and support patient safety initiatives in a high-demand environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nursing required with NJ license.
• Progressive supervisory experience in nursing settings.
• Current NJ RN license; CPR certification; unit orientation completion.
• magnet recognition certification required by 06/01/2026.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational flow of inpatient unit during shift; coordinate, collaborate, and direct staff to ensure high-quality care and KPI attainment.
• Serve as staff resource for clinical decision making and critical thinking under pressure.
• Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians and health-care team members to maintain smooth daily operations.
