Job summary

Valley Health System in Ramsey, NJ seeks an experienced RN to supervise the clinical area, direct staff, and ensure regulatory compliance while delivering direct patient care with courtesy and respect.

Responsibilities include maintaining logs, licenses (lab/CLIA/vaccines), managing inventory, and documenting in the EMR per policy; collaborate with Physicians and Medical Director to support high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Current NJ RN licensed and BCLS certification required.
• Minimum 2 years of nursing experience in clinic or outpatient setting.
• Knowledge of EMR and MS Office applications.
• Ability to maintain logs and licensing (lab, CLIA, vaccines, medications) per regulatory guidelines.
• Ability to lead a clinical team and coordinate with Physicians and Medical Director.

Responsibilities

• Direct clinical staff and ensure workflow in the clinical area.
• Provide direct patient care in a courteous, caring manner.
• Document accurately in EMR per policy.
• Maintain inventory and storage of clinical supplies.
