01 The Valley Hospital in Paramus is seeking a Nursing professional responsible for managing the inpatient unit's operational flow during shifts. The role involves patient care, collaboration with healthcare teams, and effective communication in various situations.

Responsible for the overall operational flow of the inpatient unit including coordination, collaboration and direction of the entire unit during the shift covered to ensure effective delivery of healthcare service and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) or unit specific measures.

Pay Range: $55.34 - $69.17 (per hour). Salary and compensation vary depending on role, experience, education, and licensure.
