Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program-Nursing is required.
• Qualified RN with state licensure or eligibility.
• Experience in inpatient settings preferred but not required for residency track.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans, organize and evaluate nursing activities.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications and diagnostics.
• Coordinate care with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Promote safety, quality outcomes and patient satisfaction.
• Participate in unit-based decision-making and evidence-based practice.
