Job summary

Geisinger is seeking a part-time Inpatient RN to provide high-quality patient care in a clinical setting. The role offers a minimum hiring rate of $41.50 per hour with increased rates for experienced individuals and up to $7 per hour in shift differentials for evening, night, and weekend shifts.

As a valued member of our nursing team, you will assess, plan, and coordinate care, ensuring safety and excellent patient experiences. A Specialty Training Nursing program completion is required.

• Commitment to compassionate patient care and teamwork.
• Ability to assess needs and implement care plans.

Responsibilities

• Completes assessments as established by scope of practice and unit standards.
• Addresses physical, psychological, social, cultural, and spiritual needs of patient and family.
• Provides direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostic studies.
• Evaluates effectiveness of nursing interventions and revises plan of care.
• Collaborates with physicians and interdisciplinary team to resolve patient needs.
