Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate from Specialty Training Program‑Nursing (Required).
• Current RN licensure in the state of practice is required.
• Temporary Practice Permit allowed until NCLEX completion may be applicable.

Responsibilities

• Assess plans, organize, perform, and evaluate nursing activities to meet patient needs.
• Promote adaptive responses of patients and families to achieve high-quality care and safety.
• Provide direct patient care including treatments, medications, and diagnostics per policy.
• Coordinate patient care and communicate with physicians and interdisciplinary team members.
• Evaluate and revise care plans based on patient response and unit standards.
• Engage in quality and safety education and participate in unit goals and improvement activities.
