Job summary

Circle of Life Hospice in Arkansas seeks an RN to provide compassionate bedside care with emphasis on patient goals, within an interdisciplinary team. The role includes routine assessments, family education, and careful documentation while supporting staff and ensuring comfort.

Shifts are 12 hours (7-7) with rotating weekends and holidays; candidates must hold or be eligible for an AR or Compact RN license and have strong communication skills and experience with EMR systems.

Qualifications

• Current or pending AR or Compact Registered Nurse license without restrictions.
• Compassionate, sympathetic, responsible, and detail oriented with ability to cope with human suffering.
• Strong documentation and communication skills with attention to documentation standards.

Responsibilities

• Develops and executes plan of care within interdisciplinary setting.
• Provides bedside care with focus on patient goals and comfort.
• Regularly completes physical and emotional assessments and provides education and guidance to family.
• Documents care, operates medical equipment, and administers medications.
• Assists CNA and LPN and provides nursing guidance as needed.
• Able to work with or without supervision and be accountable for assignments.
