Job summary

Circle of Life is seeking a licensed RN to join our hospice care team based in Northwest Arkansas or NE Oklahoma. You will make home visits, coordinate with physicians, and support patients and families in a 1:1 setting with meaningful, compassionate care.

Responsibilities include patient visits, triage of calls, assisting with admissions, and documentation in electronic charting. The role offers night differential, mileage reimbursement, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted RN license for AR, OK, or compact state.
• BLS certification.
• Strong assessment, critical thinking and problem solving.
• Experience in hospice, home health or acute care with computer charting.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care visits and triage calls.
• Liaise with physicians and coordinate care.
• Attend deaths and support families.
• Assist with admission process.
• Document accurately in charting.
