Qualifications

• BLS certification required

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions and plan care with input from interdisciplinary team
• Develop and update nursing care plans based on assessments and diagnoses
• Educate patient and family, prepare discharge plans
• Administer medications and treatments safely and document responses
• Communicate patient status changes to physicians and care team
