Job summary

Requirements include an accredited nursing degree (BSN preferred) and NH RN licensure with BLS. One year of nursing experience is expected, with emphasis on patient education, care coordination, and leadership

Qualifications

• RN license in New Hampshire is required or pending.
• BSN preferred.
• One year of clinical nursing experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for a defined patient group.
• Gathers data via history taking and exam to plan interventions.
• Develops and revises the care plan and documents progress.
• Directs and supervises others in delegated nursing activities.
• Teaches patients and families about the plan of care and discharge prep.
• Leads the care team and serves as a resource on shift.
