Job summary

Geisinger is hiring for an Inpatient RN with a hiring incentive up to $26,000. The position offers a minimum starting rate of $41.41 per hour with higher rates for experienced nurses and shift differentials for evenings, nights, and weekends.

Work is in a clinical inpatient setting with direct patient care and supervision of assigned personnel. Minimum qualifications include enrollment in a BSN and 2 years of experience.

Qualifications

• Enrollment in BSN program and 2+ years of nursing experience required.
• Graduate from a specialty nursing training program.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field required; RN licensure expected (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care on assigned unit and supervise designated staff.
• Coordinate 24-hour staffing, ordering supplies, and patient triage as needed.
• Communicate patient care updates to team and managers; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Support Magnet principles and foster a safe, patient-centered environment.
