Qualifications

• Must have Alaska RN license at hire.
• 2 years of acute care experience in a medical-surgical or inpatient setting.
• IRR competency testing (Utilization Review) required.
• Alaska RN licensure obtained at hire (or already held).

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care for at-risk patients.
• Coordinate care across teams and plan appropriate discharge.
• Document interventions and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Advocate for patients and optimize resource use.
