Job summary

PAM Health Specialty Hospital of Denver is seeking a Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our inpatient team. The RCP will perform routine therapies, diagnostics and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures, maintaining equipment and supporting patient care.

Candidates should be licensed in the state, hold current BLS and ACLS, and have at least one year of clinical experience. Nevada arterial blood gas licensure may be required for some duties.

Qualifications

• Must be certified or licensed in the state where the hospital resides to practice respiratory care.
• Current BLS and ACLS certification required.
• Blood gas licensure may be required if employed in Nevada.

Responsibilities

• Performs routine therapy, diagnostic and emergency cardiopulmonary procedures.
• Maintains all equipment in working order and conducts phlebotomy or basic laboratory testing as required.
