Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a Physical Therapist for inpatient rehabilitation at Atrium Health Floyd Medical Center. The position is full-time, 40 hours weekly, with a $10k sign-on bonus based on eligibility, in a hospital setting.

The role requires a PT degree (B.S./M.S./DPT), current licensure in the state, and CPR/BLS certification. Prior hospital experience is preferred and patient care covers all age groups in a dynamic rehab environment.

Qualifications

• B.S., M.S., or D.P.T degree from accredited physical therapy school.
• Current licensure in the state and CPR/BLS Level C.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide patient care assessment and treatment with evidence-based plans.
• Maintain accurate documentation including evaluations, progress notes, discharge notes.
• Meet department productivity standards and manage schedules.
• Promote professional development and share expertise with staff.
