Qualifications

• Bachelor's, master's, or Doctor of Physical Therapy from an accredited program.
• Current licensure in the state and CPR/BLS Level C certification.
• Hospital experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide patient evaluations and develop treatment plans.
• Deliver therapy services ensuring quality patient outcomes.
• Document assessments, progress notes and discharge summaries per policy.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure timely documentation.
