Qualifications

• Current BLS certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides basic patient care including daily living activities and comfort measures.
• Documents vital signs, intake/output, and patient data for the team.
• Collaborates with Therapists and interdisciplinary staff for patient care.
• Responds to patient and family calls and requests.
• Assists in preparing and maintaining therapy spaces and units.
• Supports admission, discharge and transfer processes.
• Maintains a safe, infection-preventive care environment.
