Lifepoint Rehabilitation seeks a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for inpatient rehabilitation at National Park Medical Center in Hot Springs, AR, to assist licensed therapists and deliver individualized treatment plans to help patients regain mobility.

You'll implement plans, monitor progress, document outcomes, educate patients and caregivers, and support discharge planning with equipment recommendations and community referrals.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• PTA license in the state.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.

Responsibilities

• Implement individualized treatment plans using various therapy techniques.
• Monitor patient progress and communicate updates to the supervising therapist.
• Document care services and patient outcomes with accuracy.
