The Springs of Red Oak in Hot Springs, AR is seeking a Full-Time Physical Therapy Assistant to join our in-house rehab team. The PTA will administer prescribed therapy, document progress, and collaborate with the supervising Physical Therapist to optimize resident outcomes.
Active Arkansas PTA license required; SNF/long-term care experience preferred; familiarity with Net Health is a plus. We value compassionate, patient-centered care and offer comprehensive benefits.
Competenze
- Active Arkansas PTA license in good standing.
- Experience in skilled nursing/long-term care preferred.
- Knowledge of Net Health EDS preferred.
- Ability to work with diverse patient populations.
Mansioni
- Administer prescribed physical therapy treatments to relieve pain and improve function.
- Provide skilled PT services under supervision of a Physical Therapist.
- Document patient progress and motor function measurements.
- Record treatment plans and modify as directed by PT.
- Collaborate with IDT to adjust care plans.
- Attend required Rehab Department meetings.
