• BLS certification required or within 30 days of hire.

• Evaluates, treats and monitors patients; adjusts therapy plan and goals.
• Documents clinically and enters charges; understands reimbursement.
• Communicates with patients and care team; provides education.
• Supervises staff, students and volunteers.
• Advances clinical skills through continuing education and evidence-based practice.
• Shares knowledge to develop colleague skills; adheres to guidelines.
• Aligns personal goals with hospital system goals.
