Qualifications

• Masters' or Bachelor's degree plus 2 years of work experience above the minimum qualification.
• Less than 1 year of experience.
• PT licensure/registration required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates, treats and monitors patient; adapts therapy plan to patient needs.
• Performs thorough clinical documentation and codes charges accurately.
• Communicates with patients, families, and care team; provides education.
• Supervises staff, students and volunteers as needed.
• Advances skills through ongoing education and evidence-based practice.
• Upholds regulatory guidelines and aligns with system goals.
