You will perform initial and ongoing patient assessments, develop and adjust treatment plans, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to support brain injuries, spinal cord injuries, and other conditions.

Qualificações

• Must hold Indiana PT licensure.
• BLS certification required or obtained within 90 days.

Responsabilidades

• Performing initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment.
• Promoting continuous quality improvement.
• Teaching and counseling patients/families.
• Setting goals and developing treatment plans.
• Supervising Physical Therapy Assistants, PTs and PTAs students when applicable.
• Completing documentation according to department policies and procedures.
• Participating in discharge planning and patient education.
