Select Medical Rehabilitation Hospital at Lutheran Hospital in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring an Occupational Therapist for a full-time role. The position offers a salary range of $75,732.80 to $101,920 per year, depending on experience, with comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Current and valid state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as an Occupational Therapist.
• BLS certification required or must complete within 90 days of employment.

Responsibilities

• Evaluates all assigned patients and develops, implements and modifies treatment plans as directed by the physician.
• Responsible for delegation and direction of all therapy services for assigned patients and for designing functional programs for community reintegration.
• Serves as an educator for patients, families, students, coworkers and self.
• Performs other professional duties associated with patient care and program delivery.
