Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking an Occupational Therapist I for inpatient rehabilitation services. The role offers full-time 40 hours per week with two scheduling options and a competitive hourly pay range.

Responsibilities include 1:1 patient care, evaluation, treatment planning, and collaboration with the care team. Licensure, NBCOT, and CPR are required; acute care experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy from an AOTA accredited program.
• Current Illinois licensure or eligibility.
• Certification by National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy (NBCOT).
• CPR certification from American Heart Association (AHA).
• Preferred experience: acute care/inpatient Occupational Therapy.

Responsibilities

• Provide 1:1 care and implement treatment plans.
• Assess and treat patients based on developmental needs.
• Evaluate functional abilities and plan therapy to regain function.
• Document patient records and billing per guidelines.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses and staff for optimal care.
