Job summary

Prisma Health is seeking a Registered Nurse for the Facility Resource Pool at Tuomey Hospital in Sumter, SC. Qualifications

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Experience - Two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse.

Responsibilities

• Collects data and completes nursing assessment using age-specific standards and tools.
• Develops an individual plan of care with patient/family and interdisciplinary team.
• Identifies goals and outcomes prior to discharge and communicates changes to team.
• Provides direct nursing care per established plan and delegates tasks as appropriate.
• Ensures patient safety and maintains a safe environment; adheres to policies and procedures.
• Documents accurately to support patient care needs and coordinates with healthcare team.
