Qualifications

• Education - Associate degree in Nursing. Bachelor’s degree in Nursing preferred.
• Experience - Two (2) years of experience as a registered nurse.
• RN license in the state where the team member works.

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and develop care plans.
• Collaborate with physicians and interdisciplinary team.
• Provide direct patient care within the RN scope of practice.
• Coordinate discharge planning for continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Uplift patient safety and infection control practices.
