• Maintain patient closet inventory.
• Participate in patient leisure events and milieu activities.
• Facilitate small group activities (goal setting, discharge planning).
• Escort patients to internal and external appointments.
• Coordinate transportation for off-site meetings.
• Monitor and support patients during meals.
• Conduct post-discharge callbacks to track recovery progress.
• Attend de-escalation calls and organize on-site activities.
• Assist during doctor’s rounds and take vital signs.
• Support smoke breaks, isolation sessions, and transportation.
• Implement the Buddy Program and document group sessions.
