Job summary

PT Solutions in San Marcos, TX is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead an acute care clinic. This full-time role welcomes Physical Therapists or Occupational Therapists who want to advance clinical operations, patient care, and team development.

You will oversee daily clinic activities, ensure compliance with practice acts and licensing, coach staff, and partner with a hospital network to deliver high-quality rehabilitation services. Competitive pay, benefits, and growth opportunities are provided.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Develop and/or maintain and manage a highly functional team.
• Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline’s practice act and licensing board.
• To oversee patient care and clinic billing practices.
• Maintaining positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance.
• Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices and productivity performance.
• Carry Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

Compensation

Pay Range: $83,200-$104,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
