PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Fort Worth, TX seeks a Clinic Manager to lead a new clinic and grow a team of physical therapists. You will oversee treatment planning, patient outcomes, and budget adherence while delivering evidence-based care.

This role offers a six-week onboarding, mentorship access, residency-style programs, and extensive clinical education resources to support specialty development and career advancement within a growth-minded culture.

Qualifications

• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure required.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Responsibilities

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient and empower them to exceed their functional outcome.
• Establish timely treatment plans tailored to each patient’s needs.
• Meet and exceed clinic budget through referrals, visits, and billing practices.
• Foster positive connections with patients, clinicians and the team.
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community.

• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $85,000 - $110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
