• Ensure patient care duties follow guidelines established by each discipline’s practice act and licensing board.
• Oversee patient care and clinic billing practices.
• Maintain positive clinic engagement, environment, and staff performance.
• Coach staff to achieve quality, best practices and productivity performance.
• Carry strong interpersonal and organizational skills.

• Basic Life Support certification from American Heart Association

Compensation

Pay Range: $83,200-$104,000 per year (Any posted pay range considers multiple compensations factors including background, experience, and work location while also allowing for salary growth within the position)
