Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy in Columbus, IN is seeking a Clinic Manager to lead and mentor an interdisciplinary team, deliver evidence-based treatment programs, and drive patient recovery across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine specialties.

You will establish timely treatment plans, manage clinic budget, pursue referral opportunities, and ensure compliant billing, while fostering community relationships and professional growth within our top workplace culture.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover, while also leading and mentoring an interdisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
