Job summary

PT Solutions in Columbus, IN, seeks a Clinic Manager to lead a multidisciplinary care team and oversee evidence-based treatment programs across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine services.

You will manage operations, develop patient plans, mentor staff, and drive growth through referrals and efficient billing while maintaining patient-centered care and professional development.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program.
• Management experience preferred.
• State Licensure.
• Basic Life Support certification from the American Heart Association.

Job Overview & Responsibilities

Join our team as a Clinic Manager, where you'll use evidence-based techniques to transform patients’ lives. Your primary responsibilities include evaluating, planning, and administering treatment programs to help patients recover, while also leading and mentoring an interdisciplinary team. This role offers the opportunity to work with diverse patient specialties, including orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.

Your Responsibilities as a Clinic Manager

• Deliver evidence-based, quality care to each patient empowering them to exceed their functional outcome
• Establish timely treatment plans for each patient’s specific needs
• Meet and exceed your clinic budget through referral generation, increased clinic visits, and appropriate billing practices
• Demonstrate a positive connection with patient, fellow clinicians, and other team members
• Build and maintain relationships throughout the community

Qualifications & Pay Range

Qualifications

• Graduate of an APTA or CAPTE approved physical therapy program
• Management experience preferred
• State Licensure

Compensation & Bonus Structure

• Base Salary: $80,000–$110,000/year (based on experience and market factors)
• Monthly Incentive Bonuses for exceeding daily visit thresholds
